Mona Tawakali is the Chief Strategy Officer at Recruitics and brings over 17 years of recruitment marketing and employer branding experience supporting renowned global brands. As one of the partners at KRT Marketing, Mona pioneered the award-winning programmatic media solution, PPC Portfolio Manager™. KRT Marketing was acquired by Recruitics in 2019. Her outstanding contributions have earned her prestigious recognition, including being named a finalist for DMN's "Woman to Watch" and TATech’s Innovator of the Year award. Additionally, she was honored as one of RecruitmentMarketing.com's "Women to Watch." Committed to advancing women in talent acquisition technology, Mona has been an integral part of Women in TAtech, LinkedIn's Innovation Council, and currently serves as a board member for TATech and a member of the Indeed Agency Alliance.

Kara Somsen is the Vice President of Marketing Strategy at Recruitics. With over a decade of expertise in recruitment advertising, she has successfully partnered with Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries to drive innovative strategies. In 2022, Kara launched and now leads Recruitics’ Marketing Strategy team, delivering industry-leading insights from labor market trends to empower employers in achieving and maintaining a competitive edge. When not at work, Kara stays busy with her husband and three young sons in San Diego where they reside.
