What are Recruitics Job Performance Classifications?

Recruitics Job Performance Classifications are a set of four specific groupings by which talent acquisition professionals can organize their current performance-based job advertisements based on cost and conversion performance.

By using the Recruitics Job Performance Classifications, you can more easily understand how successful your recruitment marketing strategy is, identify inefficiencies in your strategy that are creating wasted spend, and easily communicate your recruitment marketing needs.

The four categories of the Recruitics Job Performance Classifications are:

  • Performers: This classification consists of all jobs that are performing to optimal potential. These jobs are generating exactly enough traffic and applications for you to efficiently make a hire or placement, and they are not wasting your budget.
  • Over-Deliverers: This classification consists of all jobs that are producing more traffic and applications than you need to efficiently make a hire or placement. These jobs are sometimes referred to as “budget burners” because they are highly engaging to job seekers and, therefore, deliver more traffic than is needed, which leads to higher spend and wasted budget in the performance-based advertising model.
  • Challengers: This classification consists of all jobs that aren’t producing enough traffic or applications for you to efficiently make a hire or placement. These jobs often produce some results, but when coupled with the cost of less than satisfactory results, are actually creating waste.
  • Non-Converters: This classification consists of all jobs that are delivering traffic to the jobs but aren’t producing any applicants for you to hire or make placements from. These jobs are therefore resulting in the most wasted spend.
