For the UK’s HR and talent acquisition space, 2016 was a big year, and recruiters have seen a number of trends take over the space. From the urgent move toward recruitment marketing to the calls to invest more heavily in recruitment analytics and automation technologies, this year has certainly been one for innovation.
With that in mind, it’s important to remember that a number of these innovations and trends are born out of industry events and conferences where best practices are shared, connections made, and the industry as a whole takes steps forward.

HR Tech World is one of the main events of the HR and talent acquisition space in the UK, and in the world. Each year HR Tech World combines speakers from top businesses and brands like Philips with some of the most forward-thinking technology providers in the space.
- “The London Conversation” In-House Recruitment Conference (6 April – Congress Centre, London):
In-house recruitment professionals find themselves in a unique position and the In-House Recruitment Network looks to bring together this subsection of the space through one-day events. “The London Conversation,” at Congress Centre will serve as an opportunity for these professionals to engage in important industry talk and networking.
